I am professionally qualified and experienced counsellor & psychotherapist. I personally came across counselling as a client due to my own struggles with anxiety and self-esteem. I was blown away with how the concept of counselling could change my life in ways I could not have dreamed off. This experience made me wish to pursue this as a career to give back to others the freedom and self-awareness I had received.

I am a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to its ethical guidelines and standards, assuring clients of high standards of professional care.
Since qualifying, I have worked in many different counselling environments including Place2Be, offering play therapy to primary school children. I still currently counsel adults for a charity in South Manchester who present with a wide range of issues including depression and anxiety.
I have a strong interest in perinatal mental health, not only for the new mother but also the impact it can have on new or soon to be fathers. I am currently looking to further my training in this area.
